  6. Management module performs all of the functions required to set up payments,
  7. make accurate distributions to the General Ledger, automatically handle
  8. recurring payables, match vendor invoices to purchase orders, and produce
  9. checks and disbursement journals. The module can be standalone or integrated
  10. with EMIS General Ledger Management and/or EMIS Purchase Order Management. The
  11. Accounts Payable system is truly multi-company, multi-divisional, and

  14. EMIS Accounts Payable maintains an extensive vendor information file including
  15. terms, payment history, discount availability, freight, quantity breaks,
  16. minimum order quantity, discounts taken and lost, and 1099 form information.
  17. Vendors' invoices can be paid out of multiple banks and can be paid with
  18. foreign currencies. The Accounts Payable system also allows multiple
  19. distributions for invoices being entered.
